The Cycle Strategy
A one-off, bespoke, interactive and collaborative session.
A strategy call is a do-it-yourself (DIY) coaching option and suited for you if you want a gentle push in the right direction or have a concern you want support on. A thorough follow-up with an outline of the strategy, educational resources, and notes will be shared after the session.
This is for you if you want unique and tailored support. It will support you in reducing the overwhelm and creating a tailor made plan to then do-it-yourself.

The Self-Care Container
This is a whole-body, fully inclusive 4-week coaching option.
It includes a strategy call to kick-off and set out a plan of action, 3 x 1:1 TRE sessions, 4 Yin Yoga passes, access to The Yin Studio for accessible, self-care and stress management, and support and accountability throughout.
It’s perfect if you find it hard to stick to goals and keep up the momentum on your own and need someone to keep you accountable and on track.
